"Stopped by to check out Hikari shortly after it's opening and was not disappointed. I ordered the seafood platter and vegan tacos. I was told the seafood platter was tasty. I wasn't sure what to expect with the vegan tacos, since I'm not a vegetarian. But, I was pleasantly surprised! The tacos were fresh and flavorful. The fried tofu was prepared well and added to the deliciousness of the dish. I'll definitely go back to try a few more menu items.

"I found this little hidden gem... while searching for some healthy eating in my community of Fairborn Georgia. I must say that I am impressed. I ordered the chicken fajita salad with balsamic  vinegar. It was delicious! It was made to order... and, while I was there,  I saw that they had so many other food's on the menu that I got to go back to try! I will definitely be back."

"Man stop playing with these Folks. This is THE BEST FOOD IN ALL OF FAIRBURN. If you want good home made food all day 8am to 8pm you better slide to Hikari. Not only great food either. The Botanical side has great natural herbs and teas like seamoss elderberry ginger etc. The new management there is really making a difference. Shout out to Chef Izzy and Poppa Smurf.
